250 MPM rolling line

Detailed Product Description

       Φ250mm seamless steel pipe hot rolling protuction line designed and maufactured by TZCE.

Equipment composition:

      1.  Rotary heat furnace with middle diameter of 35m and a capacity of Max.125 Ts/Hour, 500,000 Ts/Year;

      2.  Vertical cone-type piercer unit;

      3.  5 stand mandrel retained MPM unit. One void reducing stand (VRS) is equiped before rolling mill. Stands of MPM are with stable tight, favorable rigidity and a Max. extension coefficient of 3.8, which reaches to the world advanced level;

      4.  Walking type reheat furnace. The small cooling bed before furnace used for normalization in-line;

      5.  14 stand sizing mill and 20 stand stretch-reducing mill which applied many technic patents of TZCE. The product scope is 34073mm.;

      6.  Rack walking-type cooling bed 21 m and width 70 m which applied many technic patents of TZCE;

      7.  Heat treatment line;

      8.  Pipe process line;

      9.  Pipe finishing line with function of auto-NDT, making, warning, straightening, water hydraulic testing and chamfering.
