This is the main mill of Rotary Expander for TPCO
The rotary expansion unit mainly consists of two levels of rotating cone-type roller, a pair of upper and lower fixed guide plate and a cone-type mandrel and a plug along the rolling direction . During the rolling process of expansion, diameter is becoming larger and wall thickness is becoming smaller. With larger expansion rate to produce different specifications of large-diameter seamless steel pipe with Multi-front table to ensure pipe is rotating in the forward. And easy to bite pipe. Kick-off device of back table can reduce the impact for equipment when product the steel pipe. Rapid replacement of plug and assembly of mandrel only guarantee easy rollback, but also reduce the impact on the equipment, while extending plugs cooling time and lifetime.
